i. offers no refund or exchange, instead subscribers may be compensated with a suitable extension of subscription under the condition where technical difficulty is posed on the part of the Company. The Subscriber MUST notify Experbotz via e-mail within 24-48 hours to be eligible for compensation. A developer from our team will perform a scheduled AnyDesk or TeamViewer session with the subscriber to determine and resolve any issues with the software.


ii. Except as expressly stated herein, Expertbotz makes no warranty or representation as to the merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship or any other warranty concerning any product or service purchased from the Company.
